About Us

Courtney

Courtney has over 16 years of experience in the hospitality industry. She graduated from Coastal Carolina University (South Carolina, USA) with a BSBA in Hospitality Management. After graduating she went on to complete a Master’s in International Hospitality Management.

Courtney started her career working for Marriott International Hotels and then transitioned into restaurant Management. From New York to Sydney, Courtney worked for a global chain and helped open and run new locations in the suburbs of Sydney, Australia before her next move to Dublin. Arriving in Dublin she completed the IPASS Certification in Payroll Techniques and later completed the IPASS Professional Payroll Manager course.

Courtney started with us in 2017 as a Payroll & Accounts Assistant and grew to Group HR Manager. Courtney added HR to her title in 2022. She has utilized the skills she has learned over the years in the industry to focus on recruitment, performance management, employee engagement & retention. With a background in Payroll, she is able to support the management of employee benefits, compensation, and compliance.
