At EHL Experiences, careers don’t just begin; sometimes, they start with a dream.

“My journey with the company began in 2022, but in a way, it started even earlier. I used to take the bus past the building every day and always thought to myself, “One day, I’ll work there.” One day, I finally dropped off my CV and that day changed everything.

I started as a waitress and quickly realised I was in the right place. After a year, I was accepted into the management training programme, where I spent six months working behind the bar and six months in reception. This experience gave me a full understanding of the business and helped shape me as a leader.

The company also supported me in completing my WSET Level 3, which I passed with distinction. Today, I’m proud to be the house sommelier, combining my passion for wine with hospitality. I’m incredibly grateful for the trust, support, and opportunities that have helped me grow both professionally and personally.”
