“My journey with the company began in 2022, shortly after moving to Ireland and completing my degree in Human Resources. My first role was on the cleaning team, where I developed various skills and learned English. Within a few months, I moved to the reception team, where I received incredible support and training. By 2023, I expressed my desire to move into HR, a chance to blend my degree and experience from home, and everything I’d learned on the floor. The support from management was beyond anything I expected. Today, I’m grateful to work closely with the team, finding new talent and helping others grow, just as I was given the chance to grow myself.”
